We try to keep our terms and conditions as simple and straightforward as possible.
If you're unsure on anything you read here please don't hesitate to get in touch with
us. These terms are here to protect both us and you.
By using Reminderly you agree to these terms and conditions
-
Payments for the service are made up front for the next month, as such if you
miss a payment your service may be suspended immediately.
-
We reserve the right to refuse the service to anyone at any time.
-
SMS and email are both methods of communication that can sometimes be tricky
to deal with. As such it is impossible for us to guarantee delivery of
either.
-
You may send an unlimited number of emails through this system, however if we
find your use excessive then we may get in touch with you or suspend your account.
What we deem excessive is at our discretion.
-
The number of SMS messages you can send through this system is dictated by your
account type. There are no hard limits in place, but if you are using over and
above what we deem acceptable then we may ask you to increase your payment plan.
We're very transparent about this, and will contact you to discuss it should the
problem ever arise. The number of SMS messages you are allotted initially will
be based on the number of appointments you generally have per month.
-
You shall not send abusive, slanderous or otherwise harmful messages to anyone
using this system.
-
Reminderly is provided as a service. The system is hosted on a powerful system
located in the United Kingdom. We aim for 100% uptime of our service every month
but unfortunately that is not always possible. If uptime for Reminderly is below
95% for any given month you may request a credit on your account for that given
month. The uptime figure must be provided by a reputable source, so as to prevent
false readings and figures.
-
Sender IDs - the text that appears as the sender of an SMS on a recipient's device -
are an optional feature. We are required to provide proof of a sender IDs legitimacy,
by either an email from the company's domain or a fax/scan from company branded
letter-headed paper. Unfortunately this is a requirement of all SMS providers who
wish to use Sender IDs. Failure to provide adequate proof will mean messages are
sent from a static phone number or from "Reminderly".
We hope these terms are straight forward and easy to understand. If you aren't happy
with anything you have read or want any more information please get in touch with us.
